Terms of service

These terms cover booking a dryer vent cleaning with Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Near Me, LLC ("we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them.

Booking

You book a two-hour arrival window online or by phone. Arrival windows are our plan, not a promise of an exact minute. If you need to change yours, call (561) 800-2360 as early as you can.

Pricing

Pricing is per vent, and second-story vents cost more than first-floor vents. You see the price for your vents in the booking form before you pick a time, and that price is confirmed when you book.

Roof exits are different. You can send us the details online, but we confirm the price by phone before we come out, and the price is not final until we do. Building programs are quoted per unit.

If we find a repair during the visit, we show you and quote it. We do not do it unless you say yes.

Payment

You pay when the job is done, by credit card or invoice. Buildings are quoted ahead of time, and the invoice goes to the association or management company once the work is done.

Our guarantee

The work will be done.

Access and your responsibilities

Please give us accurate contact details and a clear way to reach the vent, including any gate codes or parking notes. If we cannot get access, we may need to rebook your visit.

Service area

We serve most of Palm Beach County, not all of it. Use the checker on the service areas page to confirm yours.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a visit is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Florida or federal law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on this page when you book are the ones that apply to your visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy and contact

How we handle your information is in our privacy policy. Questions about these terms: hello@dryerventcleaningservicesnearme.com.
