What we see in Wellington homes
Wellington sits inland, so the story here is size. Many homes are large single-family houses built on generous lots, and a large house means a longer path from the dryer to the outdoors. Lint has more room to build up along the way. We serve all of Wellington for a flat price per vent, with a two-hour arrival window, and most visits are inside 48 hours.
Distance is the problem
The farther a vent runs, the more lint it keeps. In a big single-story house, the laundry room may sit in the middle of the floor plan, so the duct has to cross the attic to reach an outside wall or the roof. Slow drying, hot clothes and a laundry room that smells warm are the usual signs. We clean the full run, not just the part near the dryer.
Gated sections and open ones
Wellington mixes guard-gated estates such as Palm Beach Polo and Olympia, near Forest Hill Boulevard and State Road 7, with open streets and the villages of Binks Forest, which has both gated and non-gated sections. If your community has a gate, note it in the gate code, pets, parking box when you book so we can allow for it inside the arrival window.
Roof exits and what to expect
If your dryer vents through the roof, we quote that by phone instead of showing a set online price. Everything else is a flat price per vent. Before we leave, we run your dryer to check it, and you pay when the job is done. We stand behind it with one sentence: "The work will be done."
Big households, big loads
A big house usually means more laundry. Towels, bedding and sports gear mean the dryer runs for hours most weeks, and more cycles means more lint through the duct. If your family runs the dryer daily, a vent that was clear two years ago may not be clear now. We recommend a cleaning at least once a year, and sooner if drying slows down.
